About the role: 

We are seeking an entrepreneurial Digital Products Director to architect and lead Tharwah’s digital product ecosystem — including platforms, applications, and digital experiences that enable our consulting, training, and HR businesses to scale.

This role is not about maintaining systems; it’s about building digital value propositions that shape the future of Tharwah. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision, technical literacy, and commercial acumen — leading cross-functional teams to design, build, and grow digital products that advance our business model and customer experience. 

1. Digital Product Leadership

• Own the end-to-end digital product lifecycle — from concept and strategy to launch, scaling, and optimization.
• Lead a portfolio of digital solutions (e.g., learning platforms, HR tech tools, consulting apps, analytics dashboards) serving both internal and external users.
• Translate business needs into scalable product architectures and user-centric experiences.

2. Strategy & Growth

• Develop the Group’s digital roadmap in alignment with corporate strategy and Vision 2030 priorities.
• Identify new opportunities for digital monetization and service expansion across business lines.
• Drive digital adoption and user engagement across all Tharwah units.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with business unit leaders to define digital enablers that accelerate growth and efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT, data, and design teams to ensure product scalability, security, and performance.
• Serve as the “translator” between business strategy and technology execution — ensuring alignment and speed.

4. Data, AI, and Innovation

• Leverage analytics, AI, and automation to create intelligent, data-driven digital experiences.
• Stay ahead of emerging trends and technologies shaping the professional services and HR industries.
• Build a culture of experimentation, agile delivery, and continuous improvement.

5. Team Leadership & Performance

• Lead, mentor, and scale a team of product managers and digital professionals.
• Establish KPIs for digital products (adoption, revenue impact, customer satisfaction, ROI).
• Drive disciplined product governance and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Digital Innovation, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in digital product management or digital transformation leadership, ideally in professional services, HR tech, or SaaS.
• Proven success in leading cross-functional digital teams and delivering products with measurable business outcomes.
• Strong grasp of technology ecosystems, UX principles, and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence executives and technical teams alike.
