About the role:
We are looking for an AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. The person hired will build and deploy AI and Machine Learning models that power Tharwah’s products — Amjad AI and OHBI Lab. This role will focus on predictive analytics, NLP (Natural Language Processing), and AI text generation. This is a hands-on Technical role.
You will:
- Design, train, and optimize AI/ML models (especially LLMs, GPT, RAG, etc.).
- Build pipelines for data processing and model deployment.
- Work with software teams to integrate AI models into production systems.
- Test and improve model performance and accuracy.
You Are:
- 3–6 years of experience in AI or ML engineering.
- Proficiency in Python and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
- Solid understanding of data processing, text analysis, and API integrations.
- Degree in AI, Data Science, or Computer Science.
- Experience deploying models into live production environments.
