About the role:

Role Purpose

Autad Company is seeking a Data Manager / Data Lead to architect and lead the company’s enterprise data management capabilities. The role is central to ensuring data is governed, high quality, and effectively utilized to drive investment insights, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution to support Autad’s data-driven investment strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise-wide data strategy aligned with Autad’s investment goals and growth roadmap.
• Establish robust data governance, quality, and compliance protocols in line with NCA, and international data regulations.
• Design and maintain scalable data models, metadata systems, and master data management structures to support investment analytics and reporting.
• Build and manage reliable ETL pipelines, integrating diverse data sources including financial, market, and operational systems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with investment, risk, compliance, and technology teams to capture data needs and implement analytics solutions.
• Ensure consistent data integrity across investment dashboards, KPIs, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Supervise the data team and coordinate efforts with internal teams and external data service vendors.
• Manage the execution of data modernization projects, such as migration to cloud data lakes and real-time reporting capabilities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in data management, preferably in financial services, asset management, or investment firms.
• Expertise in SQL, data warehousing, cloud technologies (Azure/AWS/GCP), and integration platforms like Talend or Azure Data Factory.
• Proficiency in regulatory data practices and compliance standards in Saudi Arabia.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional data teams and external technology providers.

Preferred Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer / Azure Data Scientist
• Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP)
• ITIL Foundation
• PMP or Agile methodologies (preferred)
