About the role:

The IT Manager will spearhead the technology infrastructure at Autad, ensuring secure, scalable, and efficient systems that support our growing investment operations. This role is essential to enabling operational excellence, data integrity, and compliance as Autad prepares for IPO readiness and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Infrastructure & Strategy

  • Develop and execute the IT roadmap aligned with Autad’s strategic growth objectives.

  • Design, deploy, and manage core enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, data warehousing).

Vendor & System Management

  • Oversee relationships with external IT service providers and software vendors.

  • Ensure seamless integration, high system uptime, and cost-effective performance.

Cybersecurity & Compliance

  • Establish and enforce IT security protocols and business continuity plans.

  • Align all practices with CMA regulations and international IT governance standards.

Support & Digital Enablement

  • Provide technical support to staff, ensuring optimal system usage.

  • Drive digital transformation initiatives across investment and operational units.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

  • 6+ years of IT leadership experience, preferably within investment or financial sectors.

  • Proven experience in cloud solutions, cybersecurity, enterprise systems.

  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

  • Strong project management and vendor coordination skills.

Preferred Traits:

  • Experience in CMA-regulated environments.

  • Previous work in a startup or investment holding setup.

  • Hands-on familiarity with data analytics tools or ITIL practices.
