About the Role:

We are looking for a Head of Private Equity to join our dynamic investment leadership team. If you're a seasoned investment professional with a sharp eye for deal flow and portfolio value creation—and ready to drive strategic equity investments across the GCC—then we want to hear from you!

You Will:

  • Develop and lead the execution of our private equity investment strategy in line with Autad’s vision.

  • Source, evaluate, negotiate, and close direct and fund investment deals across diverse sectors (real estate, healthcare, tech, agri-tech, etc.).

  • Conduct in-depth financial modeling, due diligence, and market research to support high-stakes investment decisions.

  • Manage and enhance the performance of portfolio companies to maximize returns and strategic alignment.

  • Build strategic partnerships with investors, fund managers, and government entities, including Vision 2030-aligned initiatives.

  • Oversee risk management, compliance with CMA regulations, and transparent reporting to leadership and the board.

You Are:

  • An investment leader with 12+ years of experience in private equity, direct investments, or fund management.

  • A strategic thinker with strong governance, risk, and compliance acumen.

  • A strong communicator in both English and Arabic, with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.

  • Technically skilled in financial analysis, deal structuring, and portfolio optimization.

  • Experienced in aligning private equity strategies with national economic goals (like Vision 2030).

  • Passionate about driving value and impact through smart capital deployment.
