About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and bilingual HR & PRO Officer to join a growing team in Riyadh. This is a dual-role opportunity where you will be responsible for managing end-to-end human resources operations along with government relations (GRO) activities. This position is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, startup-like environment and is ready to support the growth of a team from 3 to 10 employees.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

• Oversee the entire employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, contracts, offboarding).
• Maintain and update HR policies and ensure compliance with Saudi labor law.
• Prepare and manage employee contracts in both English and Arabic.
• Handle employee performance reviews and administrative support.
• Coordinate training, attendance tracking, and other employee engagement initiatives.
• Manage interactions with key government portals: Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad, and HRDF.
• Oversee issuance and renewal of Iqamas, visas, and other legal documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Saudization and Nitaqat requirements.
• Represent the company with government agencies when needed.
• 3–4 years of proven experience in HR and/or GRO roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of Saudi labor law and HR best practices.
• Proficiency with government platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, etc.).
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Saudi National (as required by client).
