About the role:

We are looking for a Proposal Writer to join our dynamic Business Solutions team in Egypt. If you have a strong ability to craft persuasive, high-quality proposals, collaborate across departments, and tell a compelling story through visuals and writing — this opportunity is for you!

You will:

• Write, rewrite, and edit proposal responses, gathering input from various stakeholders across sales, marketing, business development, consulting, and delivery.

• Ensure proposals reflect strong win themes tailored to exceed client requirements.

• Lead proposal storyboard sessions with the Business Development team.

• Research and contribute to kickoff and solution meetings to build solid proposal structures.

• Edit and revise proposal drafts according to team and client feedback.

• Work closely with the design team to create impactful visuals and graphics.

• Maintain consistency in tone, language, and branding by following company guidelines.

• Coach and support internal stakeholders on proposal writing best practices.

• Identify and tag reusable content for future proposals.

You are:

• A skilled writer with a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Creative Writing, Marketing, Management, or a related field.

• Experienced (1+ year) in proposal writing, with a proven track record of success.

• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe InDesign.

• Strong in research, writing, editing, and storytelling.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage deadlines under pressure.

• Familiar with developing and enforcing style guidelines.
