About the role:

We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for driving revenue, building strong client relationships, and leading high-performing sales teams—especially in the tech and solutions space—we want to hear from you!

You will:

Develop and implement annual and quarterly sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.

Identify target markets and lead market expansion initiatives.

Manage, mentor, and inspire a results-driven sales team.

Set KPIs and ensure consistent achievement through coaching and performance monitoring.

Build long-term relationships with clients and tailor solutions to meet their needs.

Conduct product demos for software and technology solutions.

Oversee negotiations and close deals that maximize value.

Collaborate with technical teams to deliver client-focused solutions.

Monitor market trends and analyze competitors to identify new opportunities.

Provide performance reports and strategic recommendations to leadership.

You are:

A sales leader with 5–7 years of experience, ideally in the technology or software industry.

Proficient in digital solutions, software sales, and CRM tools.

A strategic thinker with excellent negotiation and closing skills.

A motivator who thrives on coaching teams and hitting big targets.

Fluent in Arabic and English (preferred).

Results-oriented, analytical, and customer-focused.
