About the role:
We are looking for an HR Operation will be responsible for providing a full range of HR Services, work on all related Payroll & personal duties to a designated group of employees by relevant policies and procedures.
You will:
- Ensures the full range of HR operations and actions are carried out in an efficient and timely manner.
- Oversee all activities related to Payroll and assists in all aspects of employee compensation, preparation, planning, and analysis, and monitoring.
- Responsible for preparing the monthly payroll data, including editing the newcomers, the final settlement for resigned employees, and any deductions or compensations.
- Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring. termination, leaves, transfers, promotions or assignments.
- Posting the allowances and penalties
- Assist in the Hiring and termination process and salary transactions.
- Conduct payroll audits and balances to ensure accuracy.
- Track employees' absences (regular/irregular), and send legal warnings accordingly.
- Responsible for all Personnel activities and dealing with government authorities, such as labor office, social insurance authorities, and medical insurance and build a strong relationship with them.
- Manage & update employee files.
- Handle all the medical insurance issues (monthly chronic cases, approvals, complaints, refunds, Emergency Funds….)
You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Labor Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the HR generalist role
- Proven strong foundation and knowledge of principles & practice of HR
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to effectively coach employees and management through complex and difficult issues
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment
- Ability to set high personal goals and work independently
- Ability to organize, multi-task and prioritize tasks
