As we expand our operations, we are seeking a Senior PR and Communication Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our brand presence and communicating our value proposition to clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a primary contact for media inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses
• Create and implement effective public relations strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to ensure favorable coverage and representation of the brand.
• Craft and manage communication initiatives that engage both internal stakeholders and the public, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
• Develop high-quality content for various platforms, including press releases, articles, blog posts, and social media updates that promote the organization’s mission and values.
• Proactively identify potential issues and manage crisis communication effectively to protect the organization's reputation and mitigate risk.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather insights and feedback, enhancing communication strategies and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in PR, communications, or a related discipline.
• Proven track record of successful media relations and strategic communication initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
