About the role:

As we expand our Professional HR Services, we are looking for a dynamic PMO Director to lead and oversee project management operations for our HR Business Consulting division. This role requires an experienced leader with a strategic mindset, strong project management expertise, and a passion for driving operational excellence in HR consulting.

You will:

• Establish and lead the Project Management Office (PMO) for HR Business Consulting services.
• Develop and implement project governance frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
• Oversee the execution of HR consulting projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and client needs.
• Manage project lifecycles, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless project delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Optimize resource allocation and workload distribution across multiple projects.
• Implement performance metrics and reporting systems to track project success and operational efficiency.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management effectiveness.

You Are:

• A seasoned project management leader with at least 10 years of experience, preferably in HR Consulting or Professional Services.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification holder, with a strong background in project management methodologies.
• Experienced in leading PMO functions, establishing governance, and implementing project frameworks.
• Adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• A strategic thinker with a proven ability to drive operational efficiencies and process improvements.
• A skilled communicator, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders and managing cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English, with strong business acumen.
