As we expand our Professional HR Services, particularly in Recruitment as a Service, we are looking for champion Recruitment Consultants to join our dynamic team. If you have a knack for landing top talent in the Consultation field and thrive in managing end-to-end recruitment projects, we want to hear from you!

You will

• Manage 360 cycles of recruitment including client onboarding, job description optimization, job posting, sourcing, filtering applicants, conducting initial interviews, arranging interviews for hiring managers, document collection, and offer negotiation.
• Maintain and update project pipelines on the applicant tracking system.
• Prepare weekly reports for clients on all open projects.
• Conduct weekly feedback sessions with hiring managers.

You Are:

• A professional with at least one (1) year of experience in a well-known Recruitment agency.
• An expert recruiter with five (5) years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Headhunting.
• Skilled in project management and adept at working with clients across various industries.
• Proficient in managing applicant tracking systems like TeamTailor, Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, etc.
• Fluent in Arabic and speak English at a professional level.
• Self-managed with at least one (1) year of full-time experience in fully remote work environments.
• A champion in creating informative reports.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
