Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Manager to oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes in the Wellness, Gym, and Spa Industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits, and ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Oversee the hiring process, from job postings to onboarding new employees.
- Work with department heads to determine staffing needs.
2. Employee Relations & Performance Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Develop and implement performance appraisal systems to enhance employee productivity.
- Address grievances and disciplinary actions in compliance with labor laws.
3. Training & Development:
- Design and implement employee training programs focused on skill enhancement and career development.
- Organize leadership and team-building workshops.
- Ensure continuous professional growth and certification compliance for employees in wellness, gym, and spa services.
4. Compensation & Benefits Management:
- Develop competitive salary structures and benefits packages aligned with industry standards.
- Manage payroll processes in collaboration with finance teams.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws regarding salaries, bonuses, and benefits.
5. HR Policies & Compliance:
- Ensure all HR policies are up-to-date and aligned with Saudi labor laws and regulations.
- Develop workplace policies on attendance, ethics, safety, and performance expectations.
- Manage HR documentation and employee records efficiently.
6. Organizational Development & Culture Building:
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Organize wellness initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Implement diversity, equity, and inclusion programs.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of HR experience, preferably in the wellness, fitness, or hospitality industry.
- Certifications: HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, CIPD) are preferred.
- Language: Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
- Knowledge of Saudi Labor Laws: Must have experience in HR compliance and legal regulations in Saudi Arabia.
