Job Purpose

The Performance and Reporting Manager is responsible for collaborating with all departments within the Operations Division to ensure the delivery of high-quality, timely, and accurate reports that support strategic decision-making.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Analyze performance data to measure productivity, assess goal achievement, and identify areas for cost reduction or program improvement.
2. Manage and coordinate Operations Division activities related to production, pricing, sales, or product distribution.
3. Develop staff work schedules and assign tasks to align with divisional strategies.
4. Lead and participate in root cause analysis processes.
5. Collaborate with relevant personnel to ensure effective implementation of procedures.
6. Conduct studies on work problems and procedures, including communication, information flow, production methods, inventory control, and cost analysis.
7. Perform other duties or assignments as directed.

Managerial Responsibilities

1. Ensure team compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and quality standards, and cascade objectives and KPIs to all team members.
2. Oversee workforce selection in alignment with business and operational plans.
3. Enhance team engagement and capability development through feedback and coaching.
4. Ensure adherence to Khazeen’s safety and security regulations within the department’s scope of work.
5. Optimize departmental performance and cost-effectiveness by designing and monitoring challenging KPIs.
6. Review performance against budget targets and KPIs, initiating corrective actions for variances.
7. Manage government and regulatory matters in line with company policies.
8. Ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
9. Ensure adherence to Khazeen’s policies and safety regulations.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in science, business, or equivalent.

Experience:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a related field.
