Job Purpose
The Performance and Reporting Manager is responsible for collaborating with all departments within the Operations Division to ensure the delivery of high-quality, timely, and accurate reports that support strategic decision-making.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Analyze performance data to measure productivity, assess goal achievement, and identify areas for cost reduction or program improvement.
- Manage and coordinate Operations Division activities related to production, pricing, sales, or product distribution.
- Develop staff work schedules and assign tasks to align with divisional strategies.
- Lead and participate in root cause analysis processes.
- Collaborate with relevant personnel to ensure effective implementation of procedures.
- Conduct studies on work problems and procedures, including communication, information flow, production methods, inventory control, and cost analysis.
- Perform other duties or assignments as directed.
Managerial Responsibilities
- Ensure team compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and quality standards, and cascade objectives and KPIs to all team members.
- Oversee workforce selection in alignment with business and operational plans.
- Enhance team engagement and capability development through feedback and coaching.
- Ensure adherence to Khazeen’s safety and security regulations within the department’s scope of work.
- Optimize departmental performance and cost-effectiveness by designing and monitoring challenging KPIs.
- Review performance against budget targets and KPIs, initiating corrective actions for variances.
- Manage government and regulatory matters in line with company policies.
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
- Ensure adherence to Khazeen’s policies and safety regulations.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in science, business, or equivalent.
Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a related field.
