About the role:

We are looking for an experienced Java Tech Lead to provide technical leadership and guidance to our development teams. You will be responsible for architectural decisions, code quality, and technical mentorship while working closely with product managers and solution architects to deliver robust solutions.

You will

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams

- Design and implement complex technical solutions using Java technologies

- Review code, enforce coding standards, and ensure technical excellence

- Lead architectural discussions and make key technical decisions

- Work closely with solution architects to implement architectural vision

- Guide teams in adopting best practices and design patterns

- Participate in hiring and growing the technical team

- Research and adopt emerging technologies to improve team efficiency and product quality.

- Drive innovation and technology advancement within the organization

You Are:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field

- 8+ years of Java development experience

- 3+ years in a technical leadership role

- Expert knowledge of Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud

- Strong experience with microservices architecture and cloud platforms

- Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases and caching solutions

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

- Strong understanding of design patterns and software architecture principles

- Excellence in code review and mentoring.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

- Experience with Kotlin or other JVM languages

- Knowledge of reactive programming

- Experience with domain-driven design
