About the role:

We are looking for Senior Proposal Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. If you have a knack for landing top talent in the Consultation field and thrive in managing end-to-end recruitment projects, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Proposal Development:
   • Lead the end-to-end process of proposal creation, including writing, editing, and reviewing proposals for educational programs, training solutions, and consulting services.
   • Ensure proposals are compliant with client requirements, technical specifications, and organizational standards.
2. Research and Analysis:
   • Conduct in-depth research to understand client needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
   • Analyze requests for proposals (RFPs) and prepare proposal frameworks and response strategies.
3. Content Creation:
   • Develop persuasive and customized proposal content, including executive summaries, technical solutions, implementation plans, and pricing strategies.
   • Work with subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy and relevance of content.
4. Collaboration and Coordination:
   • Coordinate cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and inputs for proposals.
   • Facilitate proposal review meetings and ensure timely feedback incorporation.
5. Quality Assurance:
   • Review and proofread all proposal components to maintain high-quality standards and consistent messaging.
   • Ensure brand alignment and adherence to organizational style guides and templates.
6. Process Improvement:
   • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve proposal development processes.
   • Maintain a repository of reusable content, templates, and best practices.
7. Reporting and Metrics:
   • Track proposal outcomes, win rates, and client feedback to continuously refine proposal strategies.
   • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on proposal performance and insights.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Education, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in proposal development, preferably in the education or academy sector.
  • Proven track record of leading successful proposals for training programs, educational solutions, or similar offerings.
• Skills:
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities to manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and proposal management software.
  • Analytical thinking with attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with industry standards, such as instructional design or e-learning best practices, is a plus.
• Attributes:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

Working Conditions:
