About the role:
We are looking for Senior Proposal Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. If you have a knack for landing top talent in the Consultation field and thrive in managing end-to-end recruitment projects, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:

Proposal Development:
- Lead the end-to-end process of proposal creation, including writing, editing, and reviewing proposals for educational programs, training solutions, and consulting services.
- Ensure proposals are compliant with client requirements, technical specifications, and organizational standards.

Research and Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth research to understand client needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Analyze requests for proposals (RFPs) and prepare proposal frameworks and response strategies.

Content Creation:
- Develop persuasive and customized proposal content, including executive summaries, technical solutions, implementation plans, and pricing strategies.
- Work with subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy and relevance of content.

Collaboration and Coordination:
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and inputs for proposals.
- Facilitate proposal review meetings and ensure timely feedback incorporation.

Quality Assurance:
- Review and proofread all proposal components to maintain high-quality standards and consistent messaging.
- Ensure brand alignment and adherence to organizational style guides and templates.

Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve proposal development processes.
- Maintain a repository of reusable content, templates, and best practices.

Reporting and Metrics:
- Track proposal outcomes, win rates, and client feedback to continuously refine proposal strategies.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on proposal performance and insights.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Education, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.

Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in proposal development, preferably in the education or academy sector.
- Proven track record of leading successful proposals for training programs, educational solutions, or similar offerings.

Skills:
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities to manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
- Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and proposal management software.
- Analytical thinking with attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with industry standards, such as instructional design or e-learning best practices, is a plus.
