About the Role:
As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our Account Management team and seeking a Key Account Manager to join us. If you are passionate about building strong client relationships, driving sales opportunities, and managing multiple high-profile accounts, we want to hear from you!
Your Role:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and trust.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitability.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of Tharwah’s solutions, aligned with client goals.
- Identify new business opportunities with existing clients and develop plans to meet sales quotas.
- Monitor and track key account metrics, including quarterly sales results and annual forecasts.
- Generate detailed progress reports for clients and internal leadership.
- Lead invoice collection processes and oversee payment cycles in collaboration with the accounts team.
You Are:
- An experienced professional with 6–8 years in Account Management, Sales, or a relevant role.
- Skilled at delivering client-focused solutions and maintaining strong relationships.
- Adept at managing multiple projects, maintaining attention to detail, and hitting KPIs.
- Experienced in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and proficient in MS Office.
- An excellent communicator, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives.
- A skilled negotiator with a proven ability to close deals and upsell opportunities.
