About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Talent Assessment Director to lead our assessment solutions practice across the GCC region. This role combines strategic leadership in assessment development, client engagement, and market expansion, requiring deep expertise in talent assessment methodologies and strong business development capabilities.
You Will:
- Report to Chief Executive Officer and your Direct Reports will be Assessment Consultants, Psychometricians, Solution Developers
- Exercise Strategic Leadership (25%):
- Develop and execute the assessment practice's strategic vision and growth plan
- Create go-to-market strategies for assessment solutions across GCC markets
- Establish strategic partnerships with global assessment providers
- Drive innovation in assessment methodologies and digital solutions
- Lead the development of regional assessment frameworks
- Work on Solution Development (25%):
- Direct the design and development of cutting-edge assessment solutions
- Oversee the adaptation of global assessment tools for regional context
- Lead the development of industry-specific assessment batteries
- Ensure assessment validity, reliability, and cultural appropriateness
- Drive digital transformation of assessment delivery platforms
- Do Business Development (25%)
- Achieve annual revenue targets for the assessment practice
- Develop and maintain key client relationships at executive level
- Lead complex assessment solution proposals and negotiations
- Identify and capitalize on market opportunities across GCC
- Create innovative pricing and service delivery models
- Perform Client Engagement (15%):
- Lead strategic assessment projects for key clients
- Provide thought leadership in talent assessment and development
- Conduct executive presentations and solution workshops
- Oversee quality delivery of large-scale assessment programs
- Drive client satisfaction and relationship expansion
- Practice Management (10%):
- Build and lead high-performing assessment teams
- Develop team capabilities and assessment expertise
- Manage practice P&L and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with professional standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
You are:
- A holder of Master's degree in I/O Psychology, Business, or related field
- A holder of professional certifications in psychometric assessments and advanced certification in major assessment tools
- With 12+ years of experience in talent assessment field and 5+ years in leadership role within assessment practice
- With a proven track record in GCC markets
- Experienced in assessment solution development
- With strong background in business development
- With deep expertise in psychometric theory and practice
- With comprehensive knowledge of assessment methodologies
- With understanding of digital assessment platforms
- Familiar with AI in assessments
- Knowledgeable about regional employment laws
- Strategic thinker with business acumen
- Strong at negotiating and influencing skills
- With executive presence and presentation abilities
- Experienced at financial management and P&L responsibility
- Expert in project management
- Understanding of GCC business culture
- Knowledgeable about regional talent landscape
- Experienced with local regulatory environment
- Culturally aware
- Proficient at Arabic
