We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Innovation Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in innovation, design thinking and a passion for fostering creativity within organizations. This role is pivotal in driving our strategic initiatives, enhancing our service offerings, and maintaining our competitive edge in the market. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement innovation strategies to enhance our advisory and training services. 

• Lead cross-functional teams in identifying, developing, and executing innovative projects. 

• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. 

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to bring new ideas to fruition. 

• Facilitate brainstorming sessions and workshops to encourage creative thinking. 

• Evaluate the effectiveness of innovation initiatives and report on key performance metrics. 

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Innovation Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. 

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in innovation management, preferably within the human capital advisory or training services sector. 

• Proven track record of successful innovation projects and initiatives. 

• Strong leadership and project management skills. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive insights.
