About the role:

The CFO is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing all financial operations within our company. This position focuses on providing strategic financial insights, managing budgets, forecasting, investment strategies, financing, and ensuring financial compliance to support the company’s growth and success as we prepare for our IPO and beyond.

You Will:

- Financial Management:

• Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial records and documents with accounting standards and laws.
• Lead financial planning, including cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.
• Oversee budgeting and long-term financial planning processes to align with company objectives.
• Manage capital and operational expenditure budgets and secure banking facilities for operations and expansions.

- Investment Management:

• Develop and oversee investment strategies to optimize the company’s portfolio and achieve growth objectives.

- Financing and Bank Loans:

• Manage relationships with financial institutions, negotiate and secure financing options, including bank loans, to support the company's expansion and operational needs.

- Strategic Financial Analysis:

• Analyze financial data to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Conduct financial feasibility studies for new initiatives and generate comparative financial performance analysis reports.
• Advise executive management on strategic financial risks and contribute to growth and expansion strategies.
• Investment Analysis: Perform thorough analysis of potential investment opportunities and provide recommendations to executive management.

- Risk Management and Compliance:

• Perform risk assessments and provide detailed financial risk reports.
• Participate in company-wide financial risk management strategies and ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
• Oversee the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.

- Reporting and Analysis:

• Manage timely financial period closing in the accounting system and regularly reconcile cash flow-related accounts.
• Develop and maintain reporting mechanisms to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics.
• Draft performance evaluation reports with recommendations for improvement and present them to executive management.

- Team Leadership and Development:

• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative environment and providing development opportunities.
• Ensure the finance team is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

You Are:

• A strategic leader with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Experienced with 10+ years in accounting and finance, particularly in leadership roles.
• Proficient in financial planning, budgeting, financial risk management, and investment management.
• has significant experience in finance and investment, has worked with corporate or group companies, and has handled complex cases.
• Skilled at analyzing financial data and making data-driven decisions.
• An excellent communicator with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Certified in finance or accounting (e.g., CPA, CFA) is desirable.
