About the Role
As the Head of People at Tharwah, you will be a key player in shaping our organization's future and making a significant impact on our business growth. This role is perfect for someone who wants to lead and execute innovative people strategies, focusing on building a thriving company culture, developing talent, and aligning HR initiatives with our business goals. You Will:
- Culture: Define and implement strategies to cultivate a positive and high-performing culture.
- Performance Management: Guide the performance management process, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Alignment: Align our people-focused initiatives with business goals to foster a thriving, collaborative work environment.
- People Development: Design and implement development pathways that ensure employees grow and excel.
- Succession: Establish and manage succession planning processes to identify and nurture future leaders.
- Employer Branding: Build a strong employer brand to position Tharwah as an employer of choice through strong employer branding and targeted initiatives.
- Employee Journey: Develop and refine the employee journey from onboarding to exit, ensuring consistent, positive experiences.
- Engagement: Implement engagement strategies to maximize employee satisfaction, retention, and productivity.
- Continuous Feedback: Drive a culture of continuous feedback and development.
- Strategic Advisor: Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on strategic HR matters.
- Advocacy: Act as an advocate for employees, ensuring their voices are represented in decision-making processes.
You Are:
- Strategic HR Leader: 8+ years of senior HR experience, including leadership roles
- Domain Expert: Strong knowledge across all HR functions, with a focus on culture, performance management, and strategic alignment
- Industry Agnostic: Comfortable working across industries and adept at applying best HR practices
- Change Champion: Skilled at driving cultural and organizational change in alignment with business growth
- Strategic thinker with strong leadership and change management skills
- Excellent communicator capable of influencing at all levels
- Coming with a proven track record in leading initiatives that enhance employee experience and drive engagement
- In possession of a bachelor's degree in human resources (master's degree and professional HR certificates by SHRM or CIPD are a plus)
