COO

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our soon to be publicly listed consulting and training firm. We have high aspirations to continue our growth journey and in need for an experienced executive to join the leadership team. As the COO, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the business, including financial management, business operations, business development, and strategy execution.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a leadership role within the advisory industry (10+ years with big consulting firms), with a strong background in Human Capital, transformation topics and strategy. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build strong working relationships with clients and team members.

In addition to your operational responsibilities, you will also be groomed to transition into the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) within 18-24 months. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to advance their career and take on a leadership role in a fast-growing company that has planned its IPO for this summer!
