Consulting Director HC / OE

We are seeking two highly experienced and dynamic individuals to fill the role of “Consulting Director” for our “Human Capital” or “Organization Excellence” divisions. We built a local professional advisory services company from ground up and now we are pending listing the company in the secondary stock market in Saudi Arabia. Our firm specializes in aras like Human Capital Consulting, Organization Excellence, Talent Management and transformation. The successful candidates will be responsible for leading and managing a team of consultants to deliver high-quality consulting services to our clients in the areas of human capital management and organizational excellence.

In the Human Capital division, the Consulting Director will work closely with clients to develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent. They will also provide guidance on performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement.

In the Organization Excellence division, the Consulting Director will focus on helping clients achieve the highest levels of organizational maturity and adherence to the OE frameworks such as EFQM, KAQA and others. Engagements in this domain focus on creating sustainable success for our clients by improving their overall organizational performance through strategic planning, process improvement, and change management initiatives. They will collaborate with clients to design and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency, drive innovation, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

The ideal candidates will have a proven track record of success, as well as strong leadership and communication skills. A background in consulting in the domain area is mandatory.
