Head of Consulting (HoC)

We are looking for an innovative and forward-thinking individual to take on the role of "Head of Consulting" at our firm. We built a local professional advisory services company from ground up and now we are pending listing the company in the secondary stock market in Saudi Arabia. Our firm specializes in aras like Human Capital Consulting, Organization Excellence, Talent Management and transformation. As the leader of our consulting team, you will be responsible for supervising the Consulting Directors in the areas of Strategy & PMO, Human Capital, and Organisation Excellence. Your main objective will be to ensure the effective delivery of top-notch consulting services to our clients. The HoC will also be accountable to ensuring a steady stream of business opportunities to continue our high growth journey.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in 10+ year in consulting (at least 8 years in a big consulting firm), with a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams, building mega business deals with clients and ensure top client satisfaction. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and close big deals.

In addition to leading the consulting team, the Head of Consulting will also have the opportunity to be promoted to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) within 2-3 years, making this a unique and exciting opportunity for the right candidate with the potential to drive the growth and success of the firm.
